Benamor Gof
Design Sir Henry Cotton
Opened in 2000 and designed by the late Sir Henry Cotton, Benamor is the first course to open to the east of Faro. Laid out on mainly undulating land the course offers pleasant views, both to the Atlantic Ocean and inland to the hills of the "Serra do Caldeirão". The course is varied in play and is rewarding to most average golfers. The strategic placed bunkers and occasional water hazards make the course a never too comfortable experience!
