Cancellation policy

More than 8 weeks prior to departure - loss of deposit.
Less than 8 weeks before arrival - no refund.

In the event of non arrival Four Seasons Country Club reserves the right to cancel the booking 24 hours after the due arrival date, unless the client informs the Club of a new arrival date within the original booking dates.

If you book more than 8 weeks before your arrival you will be required to pay a 20% deposit against the booking. Final payment, in full, must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.

If you book less than 8 weeks prior to arrival the payment in full must be paid immediately.

All payments must be received by the due date otherwise your booking may be considered as having been cancelled.

Prices, unless otherwise stated, are per villa or apartment.

If you cancel after 00:00:00 local time, 56 day(s) prior to arrival date, the forfeiture amount will be 100% from the total stay.
