The Cataplana is a peculiar and unique cooking utensil, used to cook typical Mediterranean dishes, especially seafood, " Cataplana de Marisco" being the most famous. The cooking process used in the Cataplana, prevents loss of aroma, ensuring a full enriched flavor. The trip includes a visit to the fish market in Faro, where the chef helps you choose fresh ingredients for your Cataplana. Then turn off the kitchen your unique gastronomic experience.
