Whatever your level of fitness may be, the Four Seasons Country Club provides tailor made classes, low through to high impact to suit every individual requirement. Our classes include circuit training which is a low impact, high intensity workout, while aqua aerobics is a fun filled 45 minutes of exercising to music while using the water as resistance. Schwinn indoor cycling is the ultimate cardio workout class, every class member is issued with a heart monitor and watch for the duration of the class. A qualified instructor, a class profile and totally controlled heart rate zones make it a totally safe environment for beginners, high and low impact classes are available. The Clubhouse also boasts a state of the art health and fitness centre, equipped with: **• Life Fitness treadmills • Elliptical trainers • Upright and inclined cycles • Mountain climber • Concept rowers • Full range of resistance equipment • Free weights** Fitness classes include aqua aerobics, circuit training and for an excellent cardiovascular workout, Schwinn cycling.The Club’s personal trainers are also available to devise an exclusive, tailored programme to suit your needs. The gymnasium is open from 07h00 – 22h00. With year-round sunshine, the Algarve is the ideal sports holiday location and at the Four Seasons Country Club we make sure sports and outdoor enthusiasts are well catered for. If you prefer the outdoors, please visit the Four Seasons Country Club Sports Office for outdoor activities at the Club, in the local Quinta do Lago area and wider Algarve.
